The service encompasses the SIAM Model whereby Vista takes on the responsibility of managing our customer’s existing third party service providers. Our dedicated management team and analysts will monitor and manage these providers to ensure they meet our standards and principles, also meet our service expectations and provide excellent value for our customers. 

When our customers do not have any existing suppliers or service providers that they wish to retain our Solutions and Customer transition teams will design the service to suit the customers’ requirements, with an objective to reduce the number of suppliers involved in providing the services, gain efficiency and improve service levels.
