Anti-Slavery Policy
Anti-slavery and Human Trafficking Policy Statement
Our Commitment
Vista Retail Support Ltd, SCT and all associated companies (the Group) are committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly and with integrity. We recognise that modern slavery and human trafficking are serious criminal offences and violations of fundamental human rights. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, servitude, forced labour, compulsory labour, child labour and human trafficking within our organisation and throughout our supply chain.
We expect the same high standards from all employees, contractors, suppliers, business partners and any other organisations working on our behalf.
Legislative Compliance
Our approach supports compliance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and aligns with current expectations regarding supply chain transparency, due diligence, risk assessment and annual reporting. We also support broader European principles relating to the protection of human rights, prevention of forced labour and responsible supply chain management.
Employment Practices
Vista Retail Support Ltd, SCT and all associated companies (the Group) are committed to fair and lawful employment practices. We ensure that employment is freely chosen, employees are treated with dignity and respect, and all applicable employment legislation is followed.
We do not tolerate forced, bonded or involuntary labour in any form. We verify employees’ right to work, provide written terms and conditions of employment, and promote safe and fair working conditions throughout our business.
Supplier Due Diligence
We recognise that supply chains may present varying levels of risk and therefore undertake proportionate supplier due diligence as part of our supplier approval and onboarding processes.
Suppliers may be assessed based on factors such as geographical location, industry sector, workforce profile and labour practices. Where applicable, suppliers may be requested to provide copies of their Anti-Slavery, Modern Slavery, Human Rights or equivalent policies, together with any Modern Slavery Statements required by law.
Where elevated risks are identified, additional due diligence, monitoring or supplier reviews may be undertaken.
Risk Assessment and Monitoring
Vista Retail Support Ltd, SCT and all associated companies (the Group) maintain processes to identify, assess and monitor modern slavery risks within its operations and supply chain. Risk assessments may consider supplier location, industry sector, workforce arrangements, supply chain complexity and previous compliance history.
Where increased risks are identified, additional monitoring and mitigation measures may be implemented.
Reporting Concerns
The prevention, detection and reporting of modern slavery is the responsibility of everyone working for or on behalf of Vista Retail Support Ltd, SCT and all associated companies (the Group).
Any employee, contractor, supplier or stakeholder who becomes aware of, suspects or witnesses activities that may constitute modern slavery or human trafficking must report their concerns immediately by emailing:
noncompliance@vistasupport.com
All concerns will be treated seriously and investigated appropriately and confidentially wherever possible. No individual will suffer retaliation, victimisation or detrimental treatment for raising a genuine concern in good faith.
Training and Awareness
We are committed to promoting awareness of modern slavery and human trafficking throughout our organisation and supply chain. Policy awareness forms part of employee induction and ongoing compliance activities, and additional awareness training may be provided where appropriate.
Non-Compliance
Vista Retail Support Ltd, SCT and all associated companies (the Group) reserves the right to take appropriate action where employees, contractors, suppliers or business partners fail to comply with our Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking requirements. This may include corrective actions, suspension of services, removal from approved supplier status or termination of contractual arrangements where appropriate.
Continuous Improvement
Vista Retail Support Ltd, SCT and all associated companies (the Group) are committed to continually improving our approach to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking. We maintain supplier due diligence processes, review risks on an ongoing basis, and publish an annual Modern Slavery Statement outlining the actions taken during each financial year to identify, assess and mitigate modern slavery risks within our business and supply chain.
