Vista Technology Support was established in 1995 with a mission to provide high-quality EPoS and Retail IT hardware maintenance services to large retail business in the UK.

Vista’s very first customer was in fact a physical retailer that was growing and opening new stores through the UK and Europe and that customer was Primark. Throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s, the business went from strength to strength securing EPoS maintenance contracts with some of the largest and well-known retail and hospitality businesses in the UK including: Spar, Londis and Carphone Warehouse, Greenall’s Inns, Luminar Leisure, Yates Wine Lodge and Scottish and Newcastle.Throughout its 25-year history, Vista’s services have evolved as the business has established itself as the market leader in EPoS maintenance, Retail IT and Hospitality IT support throughout the UK and Ireland. The company specialises in providing technology deployment and on-going support in fast-paced physical trading environments including retail, hospitality, healthcare, leisure and entertainment.

Since the inception of the business, Vista Retail Support was the recognised brand name. However, as the business grew and acquired customers from other sectors, provided more services and supported a wide range of technologies, the business adopted the brand name Vista Technology Support.

Today, we retain our retail technology support credentials but have evolved significantly.Vista has built on its extensive knowledge and experience of EPoS support and diversified its services based on the needs of its retail, hospitality and healthcare customers. It offers a unique proposition to its customers as all of Vista’s services are delivered by its own employees based in the UK and Ireland, providing  comprehensive Managed IT services support, all under one roof.

Whilst Vista is now established as the market leader in its field and offers its customers the many benefits that come with a large-scale operation, it has retained its connection with people. As a result the company has an excellent culture within the business and Vista colleagues are encouraged to be the best and do the best they can for their customers and colleagues. Vista’s customers often refer to Vista as a large family business and also an extension to their own IT teams.
