Information Security Profile: MEDIUM

• This role will be privy to some confidential and sensitive information and as such the individual undertaking the role will be expected to treat this information as sensitive discussing it only with those people who have the necessary authority.

Main Tasks and Objectives 

• Collect parts through an approved carrier for all items left on site by engineers (PLOS).
• Process pick requests on Vista management systems for engineer car stocks including the administration of individual engineer car stock listings, providing feedback on ETAs and sourcing items on back order.
• Produce replenishment data and labels for items to be shipped to the NDC, SCT or RICO depots.
• Maintain the replenishment document with stock accuracy and requirements for the vehicle stock audits that supply parts to the field engineers.

In addition to the above duties the post holder must be prepared to undertake such additional duties which may result from changing circumstances.
