The 2022 UK Charity Allstars ice hockey tournament ended on a high, raising over £143k for eight charities. The tournament was held at the Ice Arena Wales, Cardiff on 30th and 31st July with over 150 ice hockey players taking part. Vista were not only the Tŷ Hafan team sponsor, but two of Vista’s colleagues, James Pepper and Andrew Davies, actually played for the team.
Vista’s CEO, James Pepper, said, “It was fantastic to support such an amazing event. When we were approached to get involved, there was no hesitation in saying “yes”. At Vista we pride our services on being a people business and encourage good people to do good things. The UK Allstars ticked all of those boxes and in addition, we got to work with Tŷ Hafan, an amazing charity. We met with so many of the Tŷ Hafan families and children over the weekend who really enjoyed being part of the team. We got all the way to the final, losing out on the cup by a single goal.”
