This week, Vista reached a significant milestone by achieving service desk certification to ISO 20000 standards.
ISO 20000 is the international standard that describes best practice for IT service management. This certification was awarded by our third party assessors, Lloyd’s Register, and is indicative of the Continuous Service Improvement culture we are proud to uphold at Vista. We strive to embed best practice throughout our organisation, and this certification is testament to the highest standards we work to throughout all of our services.
