The 2024 Retail Tech Show was well worth the wait. Over the course of the two days, we shared our service offerings to continuous footfall, and provided demos of our latest service, Vista | Panorama, which was officially launched at the event.
It is great to have the opportunity for in-person conversations. An event like the Retail Tech Show enables busy calendars to align for two days, where enquires can be met with detailed answers that lead to lasting partnerships. As always, the event itself was abuzz with activity. The stands looked great, attendees were engaged, and the atmosphere was a collection of sounds that from a distance, resonated as crowds do; an assembly of communication. Individually, these conversations symbolised the purpose of the event – solving customer problems. At Vista, each one of our team leaders answered enquiries pertaining to their expertise, ensuring every question found a resolution. Vista | Panorama is our latest offering and was officially launched at the Retail Tech Show 2024. Set to revolutionise the way traditional IT services are provided today, Panorama provides IT executives with observability of every key component within their Traditional Physical IT and Cloud infrastructure, and its performance highlighting deficiencies; like a beacon shining a light on weaknesses within a business’s entire IT infrastructure.
Service fragmentation is a common theme in IT infrastructure support, especially as retail and hospitality businesses invest heavily in Cloud, SaaS, SD Wan as part of digital transformation strategies.
